the location of the hotel is great and lovely, situated in a nature reserve nearby. All the employees were understanding and enthusiastic. 3. Thoroughly enjoyed good breakfast options with pastries and a bowl of cereal.

The English breakfast that I ordered was hot.

The English breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all hard-working and well-organized. the location was convenient, and the 'pub' restaurant was a comfortable and good value choice compared to other hotels.

Appreciated spending my time in this overall clean good all round hotel. The room was pretty nice and with comfortable beds. The airport was 30 km away. Had a really good stay for a short family visit and will be back.

Convenient location, the facilities are excellent with bar, resturant and fitness suite

I liked almost every detail, including very good rooms and drinks. The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Whitchurch Golf Club.

The English breakfast here is amazing, especially the delicious fatty bacon.

Hotel was very nice, only thing that let it down was the breakfast, not enough staff avaiable to help, parts of the breakfast was not cooked. I would stat again but give breakfast a miss.

The rooms were great, but downstairs in the hotel there is a public swimming pool, a pub and a Starbucks, it was too loud and too hectic for me.

The room is very large, the bed comfortable.

The sockets are so far away from the mirror that the hair can only be styled blind. . The bathroom has yellow everywhere and was unfortunately not clean. A curtain at the shower is outdated and the sink was so low that I had to bend down.

For a 70 year old visitor, travelling alone and physically limited to short walking distances, your facility was very good. However, it was made "Excellent" by the caring manner in which your front desk staff listened to and accomodated my request for a disabled parking spot (I am qualified in Ontario) and a room close to the elevator. They assigned me room 201 and I was most grateful....older folk need rapid access to bathrooms when they return from trips! Thank you, I'll be back someday.

If you good folks ,had a weakness it was on ""follow through to completion" by support staff E.G. although the a faulty tv remote was replaced they never actually checked to see if it worked ... it didn't, presumably the problem was the tv? Couldn't dial an outside line on arrival, had to get a message to a relative in uk to call my wife in Canada to let her know I had arrived safely. This was fixed the next day.
